Description
The University of Alabama School of Law seeks qualified applicants for the position of Associate Director of Public Services for the Bounds Law Library.
The Associate Director oversees all law library public services initiatives and serves as a member of the library administrative team. Duties will include, but are not limited to: managing and coordinating circulation and reference services; establishing, executing, and assessing library policies, procedures, and workflows; providing exceptional reference services to students, faculty, staff, and the public; supervising staff and student workers; teaching or co-teaching legal research sessions and/or guest lectures within the law school; and assisting with strategic planning and budgeting related to law library programs and services.

Requirements
Candidates must have a JD, master's degree in library science, and four (4) years of public service library or archival experience.
