Description

Digital Photo Librarian work closely with a variety of Chase teams to plan asset centralization, build and curate enterprise-level repositories, and track asset effectiveness across multiple digital channels. Key focus areas include reimagining asset management processes, planning migrations, and expanding client capabilities. You'll be a resident subject matter expert in the technical capabilities of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, as well as the best practices for managing Images. You'll work closely with team members across the firm to translate business, creative, and operational requirements into a DAM development roadmap and be responsible for leading the ongoing development, integrations, migrations, and technical best practices for the AEM Assets platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a scalable plan based on best practices for all our content to be able available for distribution through a variety of channels. Manage and archive all hard-drives from all shoots, Support reporting and evaluation of photography needs and assessment as necessary for Brand Creative or Performance Marketing.
  • House raw and retouched photos, with a correlating document listing who oversees campaign shoot, involvement etc., Be able to organize and create efficient metadata models/schemas, taxonomy namespaces, and search schemas. Follow governance, process, and training documentation for future continuity in managing assets. Perform ingesting, organizing, general asset maintenance and management, as well as, associated issue management, and curating daily in the digital asset management system.
  • Perform digital asset lifecycle maintenance activities, such as digital archiving and asset expiration. Proactively manage communications about updates, enhancements, and user support needs.
  • Partner with User Experience, Project Management and IT on design and implementation of new solutions, work closely to ensure assets are rendering appropriately. Monitor automated communications from Brand Portal to ensure they are meeting Risk and Control Standards.
  • Responsible for thinking through proper access and controls within AEM/Brand Portal. Brand Portal's browser-based portal environment enables you to easily search, preview, and export assets in approved formats or share assets with your internal business users.
  • Responsible for intake and distribution of photos per line of business (LOB) requests and partner closely across brand management, art directors, creative teams, and marketers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs through engaging forums, technical support, IT Engineering, and/or consultants, Analyze and report regularly on metrics that pertain to goals and benchmarks for access, usage, and asset lifecycle.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • BS/BA degree in Library Science, Marketing, Information Systems or related work experience.
  • 3+ years of strong Web Content Management experience with knowledge of Web Content Authoring
  • 3+ years experience of AEM DAM and Workflows, thorough knowledge with implementing Web Content Authoring Production, Configuration, and Publishing
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; with a proficiency in Excel, compiling reporting and delivering metrics to partners
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working with geographically separate project teams
  • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment
  • Availability to work nights/weekends during release activities, if needed
  • Experienced on regression testing when new toll features get released
