Dartmouth Libraries is seeking a Continuing Resources Librarian to help shape the future of scholarly access and resource management at one of the world’s leading research institutions.
This newly reconfigured role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to how Dartmouth supports advanced research through the thoughtful stewardship of its ongoing scholarly resources.
As the Continuing Resources Librarian, you will:
Provide leadership for library-wide serials and standing order processes.
Coordinate streaming media acquisitions to support teaching and research needs.
Apply your understanding of open access agreements and evolving publishing models.
Collaborate with colleagues across the Libraries to manage and strategically invest an annual budget of over $10 million in ongoing resources.
Advise and assist teams in cost-effective, forward-thinking approaches to acquiring and maintaining continuing resources.
Your work will directly advance the Libraries’ strategic goal of enhancing access to world-class research collections and content, ensuring that Dartmouth scholars have the materials they need to pursue discovery at the highest level.
