Description
Would you like to develop and implement statewide programs and initiatives for libraries? And would you like to help libraries deliver community-centered programs and services, like literacy services and programs for adults and families. Then this may be the job for you!
Under the general direction of the Library Development Services Assistant Bureau Chief, the Library Programs Consultant is responsible for planning and implementing statewide projects and initiatives for California's public libraries. The Consultant is responsible for establishing and implementing program goals, conducting research, establishing and maintaining partnerships, making related recommendations, providing advice and consultative services to libraries, and developing and administering library grant programs.
